Here I am with a new card for Altenew Paint-A-Flower: Paeonia Japonica & Watercolor Brush Markers Release Blog Hop!

My design is very simple but this time I wanted to enjoy coloring as this set is so perfect to be colored with watercolors or any other medium.

I started with stamping both the flowers and the sentiment and then started my coloring.

Once I finished with coloring I decided to add some splashes on the background so I made them just shaking watercolor brush pens.

We are here today for celebrating new Paint-A-Flower: Hydrangea Release!

It's a very beautiful set and absolutely gorgeous flower, that I plan to plant near the house, by the way. I wanted to create something simple and chose to use two pieces of color cardstock and stamp hydrangea on them.

Two tones of turquoise cardstock made this card pop and focus on the stamping, gorgeous itself.

Altenew April 2020 Stamps/Dies/Stencils/Stamping Mat/Sequins Release Blog Hop

Hello everyone!

Have you already checked brand new release from Altenew (click here if not)? It's super cool to be a part of Altenew April 2020 Stamps/Dies/Stencils/Stamping Mat/Sequins Release Blog Hop and present you my two new cards.

This clean and simple card is made using Piles of presents stamp set. I often like to think how to use the set in alternative way. This time I decided to create a focal point using presents shapes in a different colors.

I chose soft, pale tones and stamped them in a free way. I also stamped sentiments in both horizontal and vertical to add some fun and interest.

The second card is classically floral with new Statement Flowers stamp set.

I like that florals a pretty big and can cover all card, it's perfect for coloring and chose to watercolor them with blue.

I heat embossed with white embossing powder on the watercolor paper and colored using water brush pen. For the sentiment I used black and matching leaves green ink colors.

Have you noticed that this release is special due to new type of products Altenew produce?! I'm in love with tiny sequin bottles and prepared some cool projects for you with them in nearest future (shhhhh) so stay tuned on Altenew's card blog not to miss them.

Altenew 6th Anniversary Blog Hop Day 3

Hello dear friends!

Today is the last 3rd day of Altenew 6th Anniversary Blog Hop and I'm in:) Your previous stop btw should be Scrapbook & Cards Today blog and the next will be Ilda Dias.

Today we're all staying at home and crafting is the best therapy for our hands and mind. Since I started cardmaking it was always a great getaway for me when I forgot abt all the problems and dive into the process. One of the most loved techniques is watercoloring that's why I prepared a watercolor card for you today! I also want to share my new favorite Altenew product - Watercolor paper set. What abt you? Do you have your favorite Altenew product?

I chose Leaf Canopy stamp set for this card and stamped brunches with Frayed Leaf Crisp Dye Ink. To keep image borders safe (I didn't want to do non-line coloring) I stamped with Embossing ink over it, so that oily glue layer will lightly keep it on.

Then I colored leaves with soft non-perfect strokes and added splashes all over the card. Can you imagine I used only one green watercolor pan from the . I like to use short tiny sentiments for such clean and simple cards, so chose a Hello one.

Altenew Paint-A-Flower: Iris & Watercolor Essential Set Release Blog Hop

Hello everyone!

I'm glad to be a part of Altenew Paint-A-Flower: Iris & Watercolor Essential Set Release Blog Hop! Amazing new products, lot of inspiration and giveaways along the way! If you are just in - pls check the first stop on the hop Altenew Card Blog and/or previous stop Mindy Eggen.

First of all I have to shout out that new watercolor paper pads are AMAZING! I really enjoyed the process and the result! I liked how watercolors works with this paper and how the sheet looks after (almost no curving).

You can find all newly released products here.

I went with the white heat embossing for my card. The watercolor's colors are very soft and I liked the way yellow, brown and green ones worked together for the new Paint-A-Flower Iris.

After coloring the flowers I added a few tiny splashes on the card and used a twine as an embellishment to it.

I placed the card on a Parchment cardstock and twisted a bow from the yarn.

I prepared three one of a kind cards for today!

I was inspired by the A Love for stripes set C paper pack, so wanted to highlight the stripes and create something stylish and simple.
